ObjectLand 2.6.9 is concluding release in 2.6.xxx family. Next release (2.7.1) will be issued soon and will contain a support of storing spatial data in an external DBMS (Oracle, MS SQL, Interbase/Firebird, MySQL, MS Access, PostgreSQL, DB2). All current capabilities of storing data will be also retained. |

“Optimization” tab is added to the dialog of editing image feature. All optimization operations are intended to reduce an image size in a storage: - reducing resolution,
- reducing color depth,
- posterization (reducing number of used colors) — strongly reduces an image size after compression.

An import of raster graphics from MapInfo TAB files also supports above-listed formats of reference files. During import are available above-listed optimization conversions. |
