The ExternalDatabaseError object represents an error descriptor of external database. Access to error descriptors is performed through the GDBEngine::ExternalDatabaseErrors collection. The GDBEngine::ExternalDatabaseErrors collection is updated when an error of ODBC API level occurs (see property GDBEngine::ODBCError). An error of ODBC API level occurs when the GIS kernel sets the error code of 5001 (see table "Error codes of GIS kernel").
