Register()
Catalogs the external database in GDB. The database must belong to GDB (belongs to the GeoDatabase::ExternalDatabases collection). After cataloging, information about connection to an ODBC data source and structure of queries will be saved in GDB. The database will be assigned an internal number by which you can get the database in the GeoDatabase::ExternalDatabases collection.
ATTENTION: After database cataloging, internal numbers of cataloged queries may change in the ExternalDatabase::Queries collection.
