The LayoutElement object represents an element of a GDB layout. The object has properties and methods defining location and size for a layout element and other common parameters.
Use specific objects if you need to call methods and properties specific for a certain element. To get access to these objects, use the following properties: TextSettings, RasterSettings, ThemeSettings, LegendSettings, ScaleSettings, ChartSettings, and TableSettings.
