The TableIndex object represents the descriptor of table index in an external database. The object TableIndex always belongs to the Table::TableIndexes collection. Access to collection items is possible both by name and by internal number. The collection provides continuity of descriptor numbers. Persistence of descriptor's internal number is guaranteed within a session of external database. Adding index descriptors to and removing index descriptors from the collection is not possible. If an ODBC data source does provide information about index descriptors, the collection will be empty.
